1. Get Your Beauty Sleep! Making time for 7-9 hours of uninterrupted sleep
nightly can transform your health, energy and appearance literally
overnight!
2. Burst to blast fat! Incorporate four 60-second all out bursts of activity
each followed by 2 minutes of active recovery (ie sprint and then jog/walk) three times a week to raise growth hormone(the youth hormone), burn fat and build metabolism boosting muscle.
3. Skip the snacking! If you are eating every 2-3 hours your body doesn’t have to access stored body fat for fuel. Eat balanced meals every 4-6 hours and drink pure spring water and/or green tea between meals.
